High-quality investment site - one of competitive advantages in a race for investment

In order to attract investors to the regions of the autonomy, the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea jointly with the Agency for Regional Development forms the land database for implementing large-scale projects.

This work is aimed at identifying land and development of "Greenfield" and "Brownfield" investment sites on their base. All the details will be available to potential investors. A source of information - the executive committees of town councils and region state administrations of the autonomy.

Creating high-quality investment sites requires not only a presence of land, but also a description of infrastructure that is available on a site, according the Form below.

Development of such sites will simplify the work of investors in initial stage and will reduce investor's time-to-market, which is an undeniable competitive advantage of the region in the struggle for investment resources.
