The Ukrainian authorities do not doubt in success of Crimea - Boris Kolesnikov

 
   The State should develop infrastructure in the region, thereby setting conditions for arrival of investors and integrated development of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea. This was stated by Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine Boris Kolesnikov during his speech at the II International Black Sea Economic Forum in Yalta.
 
 
   According to him, tourism and agriculture are the priorities of Crimea.
 
   Regarding the first priority, the vice-premier noted that development of the concept of Western Crimea is in finish stage now. With the help of consultants there were land plots identified, where a new resort will be build, the transport component was studied, which makes it possible to start designing a new freeway between Simferopol and Evpatoria with length of 51 km.
 
   "We will strengthen the power system of the Western Crimea, we will improve water supply, and all other necessary for creation of a new Black Sea resort which will be open for Ukrainian citizens and tourists from other countries" - said Boris Kolesnikov.
 
 
   He also noted that it is necessary to solve the issue of modernizing the airport "Simferopol", providing high-speed railway and construction of modern roads for development of Crimean resorts.
 
   Regarding the agriculture development in Crimea, Boris Kolesnikov said that the main sectors - horticulture, viticulture and wine making also require investment, and the government intends to provide assistance to all interested investors.
 
   "I think the state will go to any abolition of customs and other procedures for those who want to invest in this industry" - expressed Deputy Prime Minister.
 
   Also, he said it is necessary to analyze the need for investment in the North-Crimean channel to ensure a stable water supply of agriculture in Crimea.
 
 
   In summary, Boris Kolesnikov said that neither the President nor the government nor local authorities do not doubt in success of Crimea. "We need to act quickly, sometimes harshly, and most importantly taking into account all conditions in order to achieve success" - said Deputy Prime Minister.
