Within the II International Black Sea Economic Forum, the Agency for Regional Development of the ARC and the British company Investek have signed a memorandum on development of sea ports of Yalta and the International airport "Simferopol".

   Investment projects will be implemented based on a public-private partnership model. In the near future, a feasibility study and a project implementation model of joint cooperation in the framework of PPP will be developed.

   As the director of the Agency for Regional Development of the ARC Aleksey Starodubov noted, there were no projects based on PPP implemented in Ukraine before.

   "Public-private partnership projects were not implemented on the territory of Ukraine. And the experience that we will have now, will be a pilot and a best one"- said Aleksey Starodubov.

   The cost of implementing the projects on reconstruction of the International airport "Simferopol" and the construction of the complex "Port of "Yalta" are estimated at 300 million dollars for each one.
