International Black Sea Economic Forum becomes the platform, contributing to one of the priority tasks of Crimea - implementation of the strategic interests of Ukraine in the Black Sea region. This was stated by Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the ARC - Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the ARC Ekaterina Yurchenko at the closing of the forum.

   
   "In this year it is particularly important that the International Black Sea Economic Forum became a platform of Ukraine’s entrance to the Black Sea region. The issues that we have discussed are really important not only for Crimea, but for Ukraine and for the whole Black Sea basin too. This is a common ecosystem, it is the areas in which we are developing - tourism, agribusiness"- said Deputy Prime Minister.

   Also, she said, the attention that this year's Forum was paid by the government of Ukraine suggests that Crimea is indeed a national priority.

   The forum was attended by Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Infrastructure Boris Kolesnikov, Minister for Regional Development, Construction and Housing Utilities of Ukraine Anatoly Bliznyuk, Minister of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine Nikolay Prisyajnyuk, governmental and business circles, experts from the Black Sea region. More than 200 delegates from 10 countries visited the Black Sea Economic Forum.

   During the two day of the forum, 9 panel sessions were conducted, the Government of Crimea signed agreements on cooperation with four regions of Ukraine and three international technical assistance projects; the agreement was reached on participation of foreign investors and companies in the development of sea ports of Yalta and the International airport "Simferopol".
