III International Black Sea Economic Forum was started in Yalta

 
Today, October 4, at the Livadia Palace (Yalta) was launched III International Black Sea Economic Forum.
 
This year, the overall topic of the Forum will be "Improving the competitiveness of the Black Sea region: coordination and joint projects."
 
Among the proposed topics for debate issues of improving the productivity of agriculture and food industry, investment opportunities Black Sea region, the prospects for growth and development of regional and local tourism, as well as strategic points of growth for the economies of the Black Sea region - evaluation of strengths and opportunities, etc.
 
It is planned that the Forum will be attended by over 250 representatives of government, business, and the experts from the Black Sea countries and the European Union.
 
Scheduled to participate in the events of the First Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Valeriy Khoroshkovsky, Vice Prime Minister, Minister of Social Policy Sergiy Tigipko, Chairman of the State Agency for Investment and National Projects Vladislav Kaskiv etc.
 
Among the participants of the Forum-speakers, Permanent Representative of the IMF in Ukraine Max Alier, President of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine Jorge Zukoski, Chairman and CEO of the Institute Blue Ocean Strategy for Eastern Europe and Central Asia, Pavel Sheremet, director of macro-analysis of Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa, Roubini Global Economics Rachel Zimba, a senior fellow at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (USA), Edward Chow and a number of other professionals and experts.

International Black Sea Economic Forum held from 2010 by the Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea under the patronage of the President of Ukraine and is an international platform for dialogue between the government and business.
 
In 2011, the forum was attended by over 250 representatives from government, business and expert circles from 14 countries - Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Great Britain, Georgia, Greece, Moldova, Turkey, Russia and Romania.
