The Act amended the article. 395 of the Commercial Code, under which the state registration (re- registration) of foreign investment and its cancellation is within 7 days from the date of submission of documents to a foreign investor registration (re- registration) of foreign investment and its cancellation.

 

In addition, the first part of article 1 of the Law of Ukraine "On Foreign Investment" is complemented by the definition of state registration of foreign investments.

 

Also, changes in the second part of Article 13 of the Law of Ukraine "On Foreign Investment", which relate to state registration (re- registration) of foreign investment and its cancellation.

 

Law of Ukraine "On amendments to certain legislative acts of Ukraine on state registration of foreign investments" shall enter into force six months from the date of its publication.

 

The implementation in practice, the rules adopted by the Act will improve conditions for investment activity to foreign investors by clarifying the procedure proceeds to the economy of Ukraine's foreign investment and repatriation.
