The source of thermal water belongs to GC "Chernomorskoe" (transfer of the land plot is supported by the owner). There is also a land plot with the area of ​​240 hectares (the land plot is in grassland category but can be changed for commercial use), which is using by the enterprises (transfer of land to investors is supported by the owner).
