Since the beginning of 2012 the company implemented a sulfuric acid is almost 35 times more than in the same period of 2011. If in 2011 the period was sold only 996 tons, and nearly all the product is used for domestic production of titanium dioxide, then in 2012 "Crimean Titan" was able to sell on the domestic market of nearly 35 tons of acid.

 

This was possible due to commissioning of new sulfuric acid production.

 

"TITAN" included investments on the expansion of production of more than 900 mln. UAH, most of which was invested in the construction of the new plant.

 

This workshop for the production of sulfuric acid capacity of 600 thousand tons per year was opened on 27 April 2012. To date, plant reached full capacity operation - made more than 46 thousand tons of finished product. The new production is an innovative, energy-efficient and environmentally friendly. In the process of recycling plant provides heat loss, thus reducing the cost of purchasing electricity and gas for a total of about 230 million USD per year.

 

It should be noted that at PJSC "Crimea TITAN" average number of employees is 4,939 people, the average salary - 3957 UAH, which is higher than the average wage in the Autonomous on 52.2%
