According to the Law Bill "On investment activity" dated 18.09.1991 № 1560-XII state support can be provided for the next projects (offers):

 

Financing or co-financing of investment projects implementation from the state and local budgets;

 

State and local guarantees to implement investment projects;

 

Full or partial compensation of loan interest for business entities which implement investment projects, etc.

 

Directions of investment activity, which can be provided by the state (local) support and appropriate mechanisms, are determined by program and other documents approved in legislative way.

 

In accordance with part 2 article 12.1 of the Law Bill state support aimed on developing or implementing of investment projects is provided after special procedure that include state registration of investment projects (proposals) based on the positive terminal of assessment of their cost-effectiveness.

 

Thus, unregistered investment projects are not eligible for the state (local) support.

 

Registration of investment projects (proposals) can be made only by the Ministry Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine makes.
