A new Foreign Investments State Registration Order was ratified by the decree of Cabinet of Ukraine (dated 06.03.2013 # 139). The new Order determines the submission of documents procedure, its consideration and State registration (reregistration) of foreign investments and the process of abolition.

 

Due to the decree state registration and abolition of foreign investments should be done in term not longer than 7 days from the date document submission by investor.

 

To carry out registration procedure the investor-applicant should provide the state authority by all needed documents.

 

Than the state authority in 7-days-term should consider all submitted documents and make the decision about registration of foreign investments or abolish it.

 

Foreign investments are considered to be registered if state registration authority assigns a number to an information message and an appropriate correspondent entry listed in register log.

 

If the owner of investments has been changed the state authority should reregister these investments through new application.

 

The state registrations of foreign investments have to be abolishing in case if such investments were withdrawal or repatriation. In this way applicant should provide authority by a written notification about such withdrawal of foreign investments, an information message of registered investments, and letter of confirmation from the Ministry of incomes and charges local office with a mark of payment for all taxes and charges.
