According to the head Office of Statistics in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea volume of external trade has increased since the beginning of the year. Compared to the same period of previous year a volume of export has increased in 2.2 times and was 709.2 million USD. A volume of import increased by 3.9% and was 761.1 million USD.
The Autonomous Republic of Crimea maintained an external economy activity with 95 countries.
Biggest volumes of export were directed to Belize (38.2% of total exports), Russian Federation (15.5%), Great Britain (5.4%), Germany (2.7%), Kazakhstan (2.6%), Turkey (2.3%), and China (2.2%).
Biggest parts in commodity structure of export are taken by:
- Mineral products – 45.3% of total export in goods, including 37.9% of fuels, oils and distillation products, and 6.9% of ores, slag and ash;
- Vessels – 20.9%
- Chemical and related industries products – 19.8%, including 12.7% of tanning extracts, and 6.9% of organic chemical products;
- Mechanical and electric machines – 8.1%.
Biggest volumes of import mostly were got from China -54.7%, Germany – 12.2%, Russian Federation – 10.4%, Turkey – 5.9%, Latvia – 1.8%, and Italy – 1.3%.
In total volume of import 64.8% got electric machines, 6.6% had mechanical machines, 7.3% took oils and distillation products, 2.0% got vegetables, 1.9% got flying apparatus, and 1.6% got each of ground transport, excluding railways, and edible fruit and nuts.
