Today, 29 January 2014, under the leadership of Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Autonomous Republic of Crimea Anatoliy Mohyliov took place the meeting concerning the implementation of investment projects in the resort area.

 

 

The event was attended by heads of enterprises, representatives of investors, members of territorial subdivisions of Central Executive authorities in the autonomy, public organizations.

 

One of the issues of the meeting was the implementation of investment projects "Reconstruction of the hotel complex "Yalta" and " Reconstruction of the pension with treatment "Donbass".

 

According to the head of the contractual Department of the Union «Marins-Groups» Roman Storchaka, it is implementing a number of large-scale international projects in the reconstruction of the hotel "Yalta-Intourist". Among them, the construction of the cable car, with the total length of 1000 meters, as well as a sports complex with a hotel at 464 places.

 

"The work on designing a modern five-star hotel with unique interior, comfortable rooms, restaurants, and apartments has begun."Project lead the architects of the international level," - said Roman Storchak.

 

Besides, at the hotel it is planned to build an aqua zone, pool with bar, a dolphinarium, an oceanarium and a park with animals, also the work is underway to establish a two-level beach area.

 

In the pension "Donbass" will be fully updated cases and room stock, built restaurants and cafes, carried out the reconstruction of spas and park landscape. The terms of realization of both projects are until 2017 with a total investment of over 1 billion UAH.

 

During the event, was discussed the project of construction and reconstruction of the sanatorium complex "Mriya" in Yalta, settlement Opolznevoe.

 

As the deputy director for legal affairs of the LLC «GARANT-SV» CCM «Mriya» Anton Pichko noticed, the work on construction of local waste treatment facilities, which will provide «Mriya» and local residents, is currently underway.

 

"With the expansion of the territory it is planned expansion of the beach area. And we are going to attract foreign specialists for the construction period," - said the deputy director.

 

It should be noted, that this event included a presentation of the project "Construction of recreation and fitness complex in the village Chernomorskoe", of the company "Belstroyinvest".

 

The complex is designed for 200 places. Expected volume of investment is nearly 9 million USD. Recreation complex will include a modern swimming pools, SPA, restaurants and cafes and a sports base. The term of realization of the project is 2-2,5 years. "The complex will create in about 70 jobs", - concluded the head of LLC « Belstroyinvest » Yuri Kozak.
