The Council of Ministers of the AR Crimea has approved a new regulation about the Council of domestic and foreign investors

Decree of the Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea № 353 dated 21.07.2011 has approved the Regulation about the Council of domestic and foreign investors at the Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.

Regulations have been developed in accordance with the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine № 1217 dated 29.12.2010 "Some questions of organization of the activity of domestic and foreign investors at central, local executive authority".

The activity of this consultative and deliberative body will address to decision of the following key objects for the region's economy:

creating favorable conditions for attracting and making effective use of domestic and foreign investment;
assistance to development of investment activity in various sectors of the economy and entrance of domestic business entities to the international market of goods, capital and services;
the effective interaction of executive authorities, local government and business entities in the sphere of investment activities, etc.

At the present time the membership of the Council is formed. It includes representatives of business circles, academia, public organizations, deputies of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, investors. Membership of the Council is approved by its Chairman in accordance with the regulation.
