This year the forum is planed on 24-25 of October and will take place in Livadia palace. For 3 last years the Forum has always took one of the most beautiful palaces – the Livadia palace as a venue.
A program of the Forum will include issues of economic development of the Black Sea countries, development of international investment cooperation, sharing of experience in effective practices of regional development, development of agriculture and touristic sphere.
The Forum will be a good discussion platform for leading governors of Black Sea region, representatives of EU, international experts in investment sphere, potential investors, etc.

Black Sea Economic Forum is a high-level platform for a dialogue among the leading government and business stakeholders, the Forum will focus this year on the most relevant topics helping determine new opportunities for the joint projects and initiatives, which will positively affect investment climate, economic development and further growth of the Black Sea economies, including Ukraine and Crimea in particular.
The last year’s Forum brought together in Yalta over 200 state officials, experts and business leaders from 14 countries including the Black Sea region countries such as Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Georgia, Greece, Moldova, Russia, Romania, the United States, Germany, Austria, Spain, Belgium, Finland, South Korea, Turkey and Ukraine as well as other European, American and Asian countries.
Distinguished speakers of the Forum included Valeriy Khoroshkovskiy, First Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine, Serhiy Tigipko, Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine, Minister of Social Policy of Ukraine, representatives of governments and business circles, experts from Black Sea region countries.
During the Forum 2012 were signed up 3 Memorandums for cooperation between the Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and potential investors.
